ESTATE SALE PROCEDURES DURING TIMES OF CORONAVIRUS CONCERNS

HELLO FRIENDS, YOU MAY REST ASSURED THAT WE WILL CONTINUE TO SERVE OUR CLIENTS AND COMMUNITY IN THIS TIME OF UNCERTAINTY IN ANY WAY WE CAN.  WE ARE AWARE THAT THERE IS STILL A GREAT NEED FOR THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE.  IT IS OUR INTENTION TO REMAIN PROACTIVE IN THESE TIMES SO THAT WE MAY CONTINUE TO SERVE.

DUE TO PUBLIC SAFETY CONCERNS REGARDING THE CORONAVIRUS WE ARE MAKING SOME POSITIVE CHANGES AS TO HOW OUR ESTATE SALES WILL BE CONDUCTED . THESES CHANGES WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IMMEDIATELY.

1) AN ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY HAS BEEN SET UP ON www.midtownpreview.com TO ACCEPT DEPOSIT PAYMENTS ON SPECIFIED LARGE ITEMS. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO CREATE MORE SPACE ON OUR STAGE THROUGH PRE SALES.

2) A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF (10) GUESTS AND STAFF MAY OCCUPY THE INSIDE OF THE HOME AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

3} WE WILL ATTEMPT TO PRESELL ALL LARGE FURNITURE BEFORE THE SALE CREATING MORE SPACE.

4) A SECOND CASHIER WILL BE AVAILABLE SO AS TO MINIMIZE A CHECKOUT LINE.

5) GUESTS ARE WELCOME TO CURB SERVICE WHERE WE WILL TAKE PAYMENT TO THE CASHIER AND THEN LOAD THE ITEM(S) INTO THE VEHICLE.
